Barred Rock male or female?
This is the only barred rock I have so no one to compare to. S(he)’s the most “aggressive” towards all the other chicks (and me) and notices everything. Also is the cuddliest which is interesting. Her/his comb is def the most prominent of all my chicks.
A few Photos in general age order. They are ~6 weeks old now. Thanks for your help!

😭 How certain are you would you say? I can have one but would prefer not to…
Quite certain I think, but another current picture with some better lighting would help.
The comb looks to be too much at 6 weeks, but the barring isn't as light as a male's should be unless its just the lighting.

That's a pullet. Male barred rocks have double barring genes, so they have more white barring than the black part of feather color; female barred rocks have single barring genes, so they have more black than white. Sometimes, a barred rock with equaling amount of black and white color could be very confusing. But yours is clearly a female.
