Chick hatched leg stuck up

This chick hatched about 3 hours ago. The leg is stuck up and it can’t put it down. It is trying to get up and walk around and is kind of hobbling. Any suggestions?

I would pull it out and examine it. It's hard to tell from the picture. Is the foot fully formed? Is it possibly wrapped in membrane that could be tying it up? Is there a deformity in the leg?

It seems that the joint is deformed and stuck up. It is having a hard time standing up all the way
