(Cochin?) Rooster or Pullet?

Currently 6 weeks old. Hatched out from eggs sold as "Silkie eggs, chance of Frizzle" but definitely not a silkie. Silkie cross with Cochin is my bet if anything. But has a very red comb and wattle development already. Gotta be a Roo, right? I know cochins can be tough.

Looks full Cochin to me, bet the breeder just had a mix up.
