just the fact there is blood, I would keep her isolated from everyone else because chickens and ducks both peck/bite at blood. and predators such as hawkscan see she is a target, so I wouldnt let her be outside uncovered . bring her in and rinse off the blood with a saline solution and see how bad the damage is, is it just feathers bleeding or is there any wound on her skin ?

i think also you can spray the area with vetericyn after cleaning with the saline as long as its not a deep wound , if its feathers that are bleeding still you want to stop the bleeding , To help stop the bleeding, you can apply styptic powder, corn starch or flour to the damaged end of the feather.
