Can you candle them and see if they are still moving?

Checked them and none were moving. One had a deformed head while the other died long before we cracked it. Sucks but at least one survived and getting silkie eggs soo.

Lucky we can candle those stragglers and see what's up. Ash, it took me a few hatches, then a few more to figure out what could be wrong, even if it's the shipping . Some things are beyond your control.

I had some support at my home that some things happen but also that I have to think about the others that made it. They are doing well by the way and now incubating turkey eggs along with silkie eggs on the way. Crossing my finger for some baby chicks soon
