Well, if you count Dominiques, and most of the breeds here, it is.

It is far from complete as we have not considered several European breeds and likely even more Asian breeds that are not recognized in the western hemisphere.

Yes. I know of many breeds other than this that are barred, but not normally.
Like the cuckoo Faverolles.

Any crele varieties would be carrying the barred gene also, crele Orpingtons, crele
Penedesenca, crele old English games... oh and then there are the lemon cuckoo varieties... and the lavender cuckoos also
