Sick hen

My 1 year Easteregger stopped eating and will only drink small drops of water. She is lethargic and has diarrhea that was yellow and now looks like clear water. Her comb is pale. Any ideas appreciated

Any trauma, chased by dogs, a scuffle in the flock?
