I found this in my girls pop board this morning. It's from my 2 year old Easter egger. I haven't noticed any other questionable behavior. Should I be concerned?

What do you feed them? Has she laid any other eggs similar to this, or is this the only one you've found? If it hasn't been an often occurring problem, some hens do lay shell-less eggs on occasion, especially those getting on in years. Another reason is that she may not be getting enough calcium, and you can supplement feed with crushed eggshells for more calcium intake.
