Any goals in particular?

Eve hasn't been seen for a while, but I guess I'll join her boot camp and surprise her when she gets back. So far this year I've run over a hundred miles, and I'm hoping to get to at least 300 by the end of the year. I'm also trying (and failing) to run a sub-30 minute 5k, which is not happening anytime soon. I think I need to enter more races, cause I run fastest when I have competition.
Does bleeding brakes count as a leg workout because good grief my legs are burning 🥵
I have to say yes 😂 I helped my brother bleed the brakes on his VW multiple times, and it usually ended up with me basically bouncing up and down on the brake pedal looking like a complete idiot.

I'm now up to 143 days straight on the elliptical! I've lost about 16 pounds.

My goal is to absolutely blow my doctor's socks off when he sees my cholesterol numbers.

Now that it's garden season, I'm getting plenty of exercise (when it's not pouring rain, anyway), but the elliptical is always on the day's agenda.

So today I was very stiff and after doing basic chores my whole body was shaky and every joint was cracking. I decided I didn't want to rest and wanted to do something before hopping in the shower to just loosen my limbs up. After finishing this I feel better than I've felt all day. I plan on doing this every morning for at least a month to see how I feel throughout the day. I know it looks like an old lady workout but it really left me feeling better and it got progressively more challenging without becoming painful. I tried doing floor pilates and my young joints just couldn't handle it so that's why the vid I chose is an arthritis pilates routine.
