We still have to add the wheels this weekend but its light enough i can move it every other day. We added a like triangle piece of plywood with hinges on each side and added a lip to the floor of the nesting area so they would be secure at night. they are still learning where to sleep so i have to round the up at night but they seem to enjoy it! very happy and the total cost came to around $180
