Hoping this gets updated. Town of Brookhaven, NY now allows up to 6 chickens for properties up to 20,000 Sq ft, and up to 12 chickens for properties 20,001 Sq Ft or larger. Setback for accessory structures for chickens is adjusted from 50ft to 10 ft. As of July 2024.
