Smart to know that its not just "get a cute chick and thats it"
Much more maintenance than a new puppy or finch in a cage... Little hits thats it's much greater of a responsibility

I found the article very informative. Wish I had had an article like this when I was getting my first eight chicks. The pictures of the chickens were gorgeous and so many different breeds.
