Fried Chicken

"A great recipe that I have used and made before". It would take me an hour to harvest and clean a chicken before I could start, then cover with buttermilk and refrigerate for four hours (the time would be my takeaway). I would marry the seasonings within the four hours. An early Saturday cooking and two side dishes after all the chicken prep, but very worth it no doubt.
Hand raised and specially fed producing the most delicious-flavored chicken! There were no black veins, bones were very white and the meat had a strong chicken flavor unlike store bought chicken.
