    Do you keep your Anconas separated from your ducks? Are you in California? Just a guess by your name.. This is our first go with owning ducks or any kind of poultry.

    I worked on a horse farm. My parents grew up on family farms. I asked my Dad 'how did you take care of the ducks in winter.' He said 'we didn't.' The ducks were all dinner by then. I am not raising our ducks for meat.

    I’m in Arkansas but we use to live in California. No, all my ducks are together! But come breeding I’ll separate them so they will be pure bred baby’s!
