Tempo® SC Ultra Premise Spray
Tempo® SC Ultra Premise Spray is a general surface, spot, mist, or crack and crevice spray for use in and around animal facilities, outbuildings and sheds. It contains 11.8% beta-cyfluthrin, a fifth-generation pyrethroid and will not stain or cause damage to surfaces where water alone causes no damage.

One 240 mL bottle will make 30 gallons of spray when mixed at 8 mL per gallon and 15 gallons of spray when mixed at 16 mL per gallon. Mix at 16 mL per one gallon of water under conditions of severe pest infestation or when quicker knockdown and/or residual control is needed.T

LOVE THIS!
Pros: 1. Effective
2. Not expensive considering how well it works
3. Not toxic once dry (Take all water and food out of spray area)
4. Doesn't make me queasy like some sprays
Cons: 1. Best used with other daily fly control like fly traps and Starbar Quik Strike Fly Abatement Strip
2. Needs to be sprayed every few weeks
I use this spray but rotate with some longer acting ones in our horse barn if the flies are bad. For the best fly control, you MUST use a multi pronged approach that includes Rescue fly traps placed AWAY from the area to draw flies AWAY, and Starbars Quick Strike Fly Abatement strips. Using all three things, and keeping the coop area and run clean, it is truly possible to keep flies at a minimum. I do it every summer with 8 horses and 50 ducks.

Careful with that stuff! - It is highly toxic to fish and invertebrates.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyfluthrin
Not all, but the pyrethrins are very poisonous to fish and the higher the »generation« the more fish-toxic, unfortunately. I have a small creek flowing right behind my duck-house, that's why i have abstained from using any insecticides to fight the fly-plaque so far.
As a bad joke of mother Nature, some of the »dirty dozen« chemicals that are toxic to both humans and insects have almost no negative effect on fish except for being stored in the fish-fat where we can readily consume them…
