Yes ksane there silver duckwings. Right now them and the bb reds are the only chickens i have but they have a ton of personalty. Its always funny to watch them when i let one group out the others always grip at them through the wire.

Well had a pretty neat thing happen this eve while deer hunting. Didn't see any deer but had 9 bobwhite quail walk up under my stand. They stayed around for about an hour looking for seeds. Thought it was kinda neat. First time Ive ever had quail under my stand. Ive had coyotes bobcats raccoons...
Nana as long as momma hen is still with them and there inside you shouldn't need a light at all but with that being said id still put on on them at night just to be safe but during the day they should be fine without it.

Question to the show people. Is the an age limit for show birds? I saw some at the show that were quite old birds. Thought you could only show young stock.
