Looking for painting ideas. Taking my supplies over to my grandmother's house tonight as I'll be staying until Friday afternoon. I always have a hard time falling asleep so I like to busy myself with something. Painting will give me something to do until I'm tired enough to fall asleep.

So I might be getting ready to set up the paint/drawing supplies that I had gotten for Christmas 2 or 3 years ago. The box contains the easel, a few different sized canvases, and the supplies. There's some space in the garage for me to do 10 min painting/sketching each day before/after work...

Half done! Took me 8 months to get to this point on my Amity Blight piece. The head and face took up most of the time. Still not sure on the hands though because I've never been good at drawing hands.

First of all, those are amazing! Second, I've tried to use onion skin mode a few times but it never likes to work for me. Pretty weird actually.

I use both Wacom Intuos 3 and FireAlpaca for drawing each frame. Currently I'm not using any animating software as I haven't bought any yet.

I use not only real animal references but anime animal references too! Also I practice every single day using my drawing tablet

Wish I could turn mine into stickers. Unfortunately these will only be digital pieces. Once I have a finished example, I plan on selling these for $3.
