    I think its the normal red rubber type material. The cheaper ones are just a flimsier metal and will warp under pressure.

    Good to know. The "generic" ones from fillmore are the 175 sleeves $30-$40 now. Those are the ones known to fail.

    Did you buy the generic ones? Last time I came across these the review were 2-3 star for them.
