Todays addition… just a picture & generalizing of it here for the details I’ll post in my Pantry-puhloooza thread. Leftovers from the freezer, tossed in instapot “on slow cooker” for the majority of the day.

It may be June already but, it’s still soup season for me….. just had a tweaked creamy chicken n dumplings that I had added brussel sprouts (sliced in 1/2, grilled with a cinnamon chipotle rub then dumped in the soup)

I think baking tilapia filets on a bed of veggies in the toaster oven for dinner….. maybe something added to this as well? (Shrugs)
