Lilburn Ga questions about chicken ordinances

Hi I live in Lilburn GA. I have a Lilburn address. But I am confused as to the ordinaces. When I call Lilburn city for road repair etc. I have to call Gwinnett county. They say I am in unincorporated lilburn. Who would I call to find out if I can have chickens or not. Thanks
 
The Geeky Sheep pretty much summed it up fairly well.

If you are still pretty much in favor of keeping a small back yard flock, before you undertake any great exspence in time or money talk to all of your immediate neighbors and let them know your intention to keep a few birds. Gwinnett county doesn't have the resources to police every yard so about the only way they'll come knocking is if someone has turned you in and that would most likely be someone with a view of your yard and an axe to grind.
