I agree, it could be a ruptured air sac.

@xXChickenXx- if you feel of the lump, does it feel like an air bubble under the skin?

The yawning could be from a ruptured air sac or crop adjusting. Is her crop emptying overnight?

It feels like jello but it has a hard tip. Her crop was rock hard at first because of the swollen lump that was next to it. It is now soft but doesn't seem like it's emptying as it should be.
