I didn’t make a thread for the Secret Summer I did back in June, cause I didn’t think that many people would be interested in an art exchange, but I was wrong!
Here’s the post I made in @lilmillefleur ’s art thread, as well as some of the art we all made from that!

This is just a little art exchange thing I thought would be cool, and the reason I’m calling for it so early, is to make time for the lovely artists! We took, erm, quite a while to finish our last drawings. 2 months be be exact.
But anyway! The point of this thread is to find everyone who wants to take part in this little event! Just tag me in this thread, or in a pm telling me you’d like to join, and I’ll add you to a pm where we’ll all discuss details and share references!
Here’s how it goes:
1.) If you’d like to join, tag me in this thread, in @lilmillefleur ’s art thread, or add me to a pm saying you want to join, and I’ll add you to the Secret Santa pm.
You have two weeks to request to join, from today, October 11th, to October 25th. Then we’ll begin drawing!
2.) Once you’re in the pm, post 1-3 character references (before October 25th) for people to look at. I’ll make a separate locked pm, and add them so everyone can see them.
If you don’t have an OC, you can request a pet drawn, or something dear to you, or even yourself!
3.) I will spin a wheel myself, and whoever gets picked first, gets to choose whom they would like to draw a picture for! You can do one drawing, or more! Any extra drawings you do don’t have to be for your Secret Santa, but your main project will be for who you picked.
Then I will keep spinning names until everyone has a person to draw for!
4.) The person you pick doesn’t know that you’ve picked them, so keep it a secret from everybody except me!
5.) Everyone need to try and finish before Christmas (December 25th). If work and time restraints keep you from finishing before then, that’s alright. As long as it gets finished in the end. We may end up posting all of the art earlier than that if everyone finishes fast!
6.) Once everyone is done with their art, we will do a big reveal in the Secret Santa pm, where you can announce who your secret person was and gift them the art you made!
After that, feel free to post your art here in this thread to show off what you accomplished!
Notes:
• If you have participated in the past event, it’s alright to post the same character ref(s) as you previously have.
And..
• If you have participated in the past event, try to pick a different person than you did last time!
