Adorable! Which is Foreverwing? Also, you can get them leg bands to tell them apart! I use zip ties because they are the easiest to adjust. If you run out of different colors for the ones who look alike, then just pick a random color leg band and mark the leg band with a number. The chick total is 12. Alot of them look so much alike that I can't tell who is who, but these are the babies!
I guess I should've done that when I was taking them out of the incubatorAdorable! Which is Foreverwing? Also, you can get them leg bands to tell them apart! A new exciting turn of events, I may be doing a double hatch-a-long. This will be my last hatch of the year, so might as well go out with a bang.I love hatch a longs! Iād love to join.
Yay! Canāt wait! The good thing about the next hatch-a-long is that all the ones in it are going to be keepers, not sellers. Today 6 of the chicks are going to a new home.
So, the next hatch-a-long is going to begin tonight or tomorrow. The one beginning tonight or tomorrow will be spooky themed. It has Bantam Cochins, Polish, Frost White Legbars, and one Buff Orpington or Golden Sexlink egg (unless my Legbar lays another egg by then).
And tomorrow the second hatch-a-long will begin. This one will consist of many variants of Olive Eggers. That one will be Tim Burton themed.
And since these ones are going to be keepers, I will be more likely to mark them with a zip tie.
