1 day old chick with protrusion from butt

So I have a broody hen and the eggs just hatched about 8 hours ago. They are all still under the mom. They all seem healthy except for one, it is laying down, breathing quite fast and its eyes are closed, It has an odd thing sticking out on its butt (I have attached a photo).

Anyone know what this is, and what I should do about it? Thanks

Can you check to see if that is the umbilicus (navel cord?) See if you can find a vent opening under the tail to make sure that it is not the vent.

Looks like a hernia if its umbilical area. It may not survive. Info I have read on BYC before recommends putting the chick down. If only irritated and sore, a bandaid.
That seems to be a large amount protruding.

It looks more like the umbilicus. Does it look like intestines coming out? Keep some antibiotic ointment on it. Either way that will not be harmful. If it is an umbilical prolapse, the chick may not survive.
