I have 8 young chickens (some 11 weeks, some 13 weeks old). One of my 2 silkies seems too dumb to use the ramp to go in at night. We have to catch it every night, put it on the ramp and help guide it up into henhouse. It struggled walking up it so we recently added extra strips of wood onto the ramp for extra “steps”/traction that does seem to help BUT it still does’t choose to use the ramp on it’s own. It tries to jump into henhouse or top of ramp from nearby perches instead of using the ramp! It’s funny, but it’s getting old. Any advice on how to lure it up without luring others out? Thanks!
