12-14 week old self blue ameraucana pullets or cockerels

Hello! I got three self blue ameraucana chicks locally back on May 7. Two of the chicks were a couple weeks old and one was a couple days old, so now the older two are about 13-14 weeks and the younger is about 12. I’ve been doing my research and trying to decide if I have pullets or cockerels. Please help me out!
