12 week old buff orps Roos or hens?

Help! Does anybody know if my Buff Orpington’s are Roos or Hens? 12 weeks.

I hope so! Two are a lot bigger and more outgoing but they all look similar. I’ve been told at 12 weeks if I had a rooster it would have a big cone on top and a waddle already? I’m just not sure?
