I’m new to raising chickens and currently have a mixed flock of 12-week-old laying hens. They share a pasture with my full-grown hens, but they don’t share the same coop. The adult hens' poop looks normal, but I’ve noticed yellow poop from the chicks. I started treating all the chickens with Corid a week ago, but I’m still seeing the same issue. All the chickens have been acting normal. Should I continue the treatment or take a different approach? I’d really appreciate your advice—thank you!

As long as you finished the course of Corid, I wouldn't keep it going. You can skip a week and do it again if you felt they still had coccidiosis.

I would put them on probiotics though. That's good for all of them to have now and then anyway, but especially after Corid or other medications it usually helps with the diarrhea and stabilizes their digestive tract. You can find probiotic powders for their water, or give them each a tablespoon or two of yogurt (Greek is the best), or how we give probiotics is by fermenting grain.

That should help straighten out the loose poops.
