Good afternoon, I hope you are all well and I hope that you can help me with my issue. I recently picked up two hens from a licensed breeder, one had severe vent gleet, overgrown beaks and no idea how to be chickens which was awful to see. I am currently giving her Epsom salt baths up to 3 times a week, and using miconazole, I have wormed and given probiotics, but now she has yellow foamy poop, i’m worried I’m changing too much too soon however I’m really anxious about losing her, as hardy as our little hens can be it seems they can turn quite quickly. Any and all advice is very much welcome please help. The vent gleet is improving however I am now worried about the cause of the poop. I was told she was vaccinated and now I’m worried she probably hasn’t been. She isn’t at the point of lay but that should only be a few weeks away.
