This was an while ago its way worse now.

I would make a warm compress with Epsom salt water and lightly hold that on that side of her face for about 5-10 minutes each time, several times a day. Then when it's goey, wipe it out or use a tweezers to try pull it out.

Can you find something like Terramycin there? That's an antibiotic ointment for their eyes. If not, find some ointment that kills bacteria in eyes.

Hopefully, the antibiotic will also help that to dissipate.

Vetericyn may be helpful. Or a saline wash if vetericyn is not available where you are. Warm compress.

I would use just saline or warm water for the compress in the eye. The pus must be removed to clear the infection. Have someone hold the chicken wrapped in a towel with the head still. Use tweezers QTips or other tool to get the pus. Flush the eye with saline twice a day and then apply Terramycin, Erythromycin, or Neosporin ointment to the eye twice daily. If you can get antibiotics such as Tylosin, Tiamulin, or Oxytetracycline, it can be given orally to the chicken for the correct time and dosage.
