15 week old Bo and EE... need your thoughts on gender

Those are both pullets! I have an EE/brahma mix that looks just like your EE. She has droopy tail feathers as well...but she's been laying olive colored eggs for two years.

EE roosters are more solid colored, and shinier all over.

And if your BO was a rooster the comb would be much, much larger and blazing red, it's just getting pinkish now because she's going to lay soon.

At 15 weeks you would expect to start seeing red in the combs as the pullets near laying age at around 20-25 weeks. I would say your have 2 very pretty pullets there.
