When our golden comet started laying last year, besides the first couple of eggs, she laid normal size regular eggs for a few months. Then she seemed to pause, which we attributed to winter light cycles. Then we found the first egg that looked similar to these. And she started laying again, but they were all fairy eggs, Small with no yolk for the most part. That started in February. She laid these two funky ones, and we have have barely seen any of her eggs since. Our chickens frequently receive their crushed shells back, as well as having oyster shell grit available. We feed them a 16% layer blend from our local feed mill.

The rest of the block seems fine. She seems to be fine. They are not lash eggs. We are concerned. Looking for input. Thank you in advance

She's really young to have a reproductive infection, but she has one, unfortunately.
You can try a round of antibiotics but sometimes they don't work.

I understand that it could be a reproductive issue, but I am confident it is not lash eggs. They have an albumin and they have a yolk in some of them. Those eggs I posted pictures of literally have yolk. They are not the masses of tissue that are associated with lash eggs.

Well I really appreciate people paying attention to the details in my post. Thank you for not helping. We have dealt with lash eggs in the past. This is not that. It's just a very firm outer shell with a regular egg in the center. The fairy eggs are the one I talked about not having a yolk. But they still have the albumin. I understand that everybody thinks lash egg right off the bat, but that is not what this is

Those  are lash eggs, I'm sorry but those are definitely lash material. layers of material is normal, but one layer around a relatively normal egg is not uncommon.
We did pay attention and we can also see your pictures. If you don't like that answer, I don't know what to tell you but sarcasm doesn't help your hen.
