What are your thoughts on this baby? Is it a boy? Girl? I have some ideas but I'd like to hear from y'all!

Going by the small head spot, I will say you have a pullet.

It's a little early to say but I'll go ahead and guess female also. It's not fool-proof but the darker wash on the front of the legs can indicate pullet.
