My little mixed flock is finally 2 weeks old.
I think i have 4 hens and 1 rooster. But this is my first time raising chicks so who knows what i really will end up with.

I am interested is anyone has any ideas what colors they will end up being as adults.

The one i think could be a rooster is the one i named Hocus. Its tail feathers came in last, always a bit bigger, the wing feathers were different sizes when it hatched, and when i vent sexed this was the one i really was not sure about.

But then buffy has always had the biggest comb since she hatched maybe it is just her breed?

come back in 3- 6 weeks. as of right now, it's hard to tell when they still have their baby feathers. they do look pretty tho.
Thank you. I really dont want a rooster but i am so attached to all of them now i dont know if i could get rid of one if ends up being a roo. Lol

Because once when i was a kid my mom cracked an egg open to cook for breakfast and their was an embryo and it turned me off eating eggs for awhile.

That happened to me too. My roo was supposed to lay me green eggs, is a pain in the butt, but I raised him from a baby.
From your 1st post of pictures, I think your 2nd chick may be gold and brown, third one black, last one maybe barred.
Fo you know the breeds?
