25 week old silkie. Pullet or cockerel?

The known rooster doesn't really interact with him. They just both kind of do their own thing. They live together quite piecefully. I have seen the blue one pick fights with a few of the hens and peck them around the base of the tail area. He's stopped pecking hens now. I think it might’ve been out of boredom when the weather was colder.
Strange. The comb is kind of in between, but it's build looks more muscular and upright than most pullets, so I'll vote cockerel as well.

Here's an example of what he sounds like.

Sometimes he stands more like a hen.

Here he is next to my main roo. Both unbothered by each other's presence.

Before I make an add to rehome him I just want to make sure. So he's definitely a cockerel, right? Still no cockerel behaviors, but when I pick him up he sounds just like a rooster. I'm also pretty sure bearded silkie hens hardly get any wattles.

I’m thinking he’s a cockerel. I can see that he’s developing some streamer feathers on his crest, he doesn’t have a round even crest of a pullet. I had a silkie rooster who didn’t develop obvious male feathering until 8 months old, didn’t crow until 10 months…
