3.5 week old Golden Sebright. Rooster or Hen?

I have a 3 and a half week old Golden Sebright and I cannot tell if it is a rooster or hen. I was hoping you guys would help me. I cannot see any development in the waddles but I see the rose comb starting to form. Thanks!

Cockerel for the comb to be that big and red that young.

Thank you! And also, I put him and his sisters outside. The weather app says it's 73 out but it is very sunny. Will they be ok?

They'll need to have access to somewhere shaded and to cool water at all times. Otherwise they should be fine, but keep an eye out for predators. Even a house cat could take a young bantam.

I put chicken wire around the whole crate so nothing could get them or they cant escape. I make sure they have shade and a full container of water with a few ice cubes in it at all times.

That comb is redder than I would expect at such an early age. He can't wait to be a rooster.
