3-D printing

Your A1 will print those filaments and you can get a collapsible tent enclosure for it. Or build one. Waaaaaay cheaper than an X1c
Yeah. But I would like a core XY and all the different sensors that come on the X1s way more than mine lol it’s also a really reliable printer and the 16 color capability. I almost went with a X1 or P1 instead of the A1

I get it, it's just a BIG jump in price for a hobbyist setup.

(says the guy who doesn't blink dropping 1500 on a camera lens :p )

🤣 yeah I know but it’s a printer I know really won’t have any problems so in my opinion it’s worth it especially if I later on decide I want to sell stuff. Maybe I’ll do a P1 first.

Printing with Elegoo Mars 5 Ultra.

I'm a goldsmith and 3d print the models I cad design with wax photopolymer to be invested and burnt out in a sintering furnace. I use Water washable resins for prototyping. I am still trouble shooting slicer settings and waiting for updates from chitubox for Mars 5 Ultra.

Have you looked at lychee slicer for resin? I find it to be more consistent and user friendly than chitu.

It does support Mars 5 ultra.
