With a heavy heart, I'm looking to rehome my duckies to someone who could add them to their flock! We are moving soon and our new place will not have space for them.

I have two males and one female. Usually, that ratio is super not ideal, but they've done well together. 😊 I'd love for them to go together, but if you have other ducks and can’t take two males, I'd consider splitting for the right arrangement. I am only comfortable rehoming them to someone experienced with ducks so I know that whoever takes them is well-informed about what they need and not bringing them home on an impulse.

The female is an AMAZING egg layer. She is a Golden 300 Hybrid. We usually get an egg a day, year-round. Her name is Daisy Lane. She is very sweet and friendly, but doesn't love to be handled so keeps a safe distance.

The boys are named Brown (an Indian Runner—they look like bowling pins with legs when they are running around the yard, it's so cute) and Pocket-Sized Rudy (Pocket, for short; he was sold to us as a Runner, but I believe he is crossed with Cayuga). We raised Brown and Pocket from ducklings and they will run right up to you. They will eat from our hands and let my husband pick them up. Be warned: They may chase you around all sneaky-like and even nip at you. It hurts like a sonuva if they pinch your skin just right. 🄓 They also chase my small dog with no sense of fear for canines. Haha. They don't bother cats at all, though!

I have an enclosure and kiddie pool I can send along with them if needed. They are used to being locked into their enclosure at night for protection from raccoons and let out in the morning to roam around our backyard and swim in the pool. I can also send food and food storage containers for them.

Please let me know if you would like to add them to your flock!
