3 week chick has tapeworm. What to give and when?

Hello everyone! This is my first time posting. I brought home 3, 3-week old chicks today from a local feed store and when I took them out of the box they came in, I noticed tape worm segments in some poop. I'm familiar with tapeworms since my cats have had issues with them before, and I saw them wiggling around. They look like little pieces of rice.

I Have searched the interwebs for answers on WHAT to give chicks who are currently infected with tapeworms and WHEN to medicate them, but I could not find a straight answer.

My question is, how old should they be before medicating and what medication should I give them? They chicks seem healthy otherwise.

Hi Kiki. I know this photo isn't the clearest but there's a little white spot on the poop here. It was moving exactly like I've seen in cat poop before.
