30 Days of Ab Power. Starting Tonight

This is my reasoning:

Say I do anything for two weeks, then say, aw, I'll take a day off. Now I have to start from zero and go for two weeks before I can say I've done it for two weeks. And if I hadn't taken a day off, at that point I could say I'd done it for four weeks.

That is how I got to 274 days. Not gonna skip a day now, that's for sure!
 
Week one done! So far I've lost 2lbs doing this and monitoring my calorie intake and what I eat.

How're you feeling? Can you feel/see a difference?

Nobody's posting on the plank thread anymore, but I just want to say that doing planks has helped me be able hold pieces (not full sheets) of dry wall up on the ceiling while hubby screws them into place. The piece today was probably 3x5.

Planks for the win.
I don't see any did yet. The workouts are getting harder.
I did this yet but forgot to post. I'm a day behind because I didn't do Sunday's.
