So today around 8:30 am I went outside and noticed my one duck all by herself.
I have / had 2 ducks and 3 chickens and these ducks never go anywhere by themselves, they are always together. So I was worried, I looked all over
For the rest
Of the flock and found nothing but feathers! They are free range. I can't help but think what could come and take 4 birds that quick without nobody noticing. No blood no body parts just feathers. I live on a small 3/4 acre in California. My mom seems to thing someone came in my yard and took them to eat
For Christmas but I think that's kind of far fetched. Has anyone had that many birds disappear without a trace just a small amount of feathers?
Now I have one lonely duck left, she definitely doesn't want to be alone.
Thinking I might have to get her a buddy.
