You give Durvet High level Vit B complex orally to ducks -- we don't inject. She needs 1ml every day until she is moving completely normally. If she is eating, soak the 1ml into a treat and stand and watch her eat it to be sure she got the dose. If she is not eating, dilute 1 ml with 1 ml water and use a plastic syringe [no needle] down the side of her tongue inside her mouth

Ducks are variable in their vitamin needs and duck food is prepared to meet the median need. Your duck's metabolism may just need a higher amount of Vit B. Niacin deficiency is the first thing I think of with a duck that has gait problems. I have had a sack of duck pellets that were deficient and three of my ducks started limping. They responded to Durvet and I replaced the food with a different brand
