I would keep her in the sling most of the time if she is comfortable in it. You can clip feed and water pots to the front of the box so that she can reach them herself. Some birds panic when they are placed in a sling and will struggle and not settle. Others find it beneficial and are relaxed. It can help to adjust the material height so that they can touch the bottom but not have to weight bear, so that they are not anxious about being suspended in mid air. You can clip an extra piece of fabric over their backs once they are placed in it for added stability. It is also a good idea to either cut or fold back the fabric so that their vent is uncovered and poop can drop away cleanly, so that they are not lying in their own poop as happens when they are unable to stand by themselves, or cut a hole in the fabric below their vent, so that poop can drop through. I would give her an hour or two twice a day out of the sling and encourage her to walk a short distance towards treats etc during that time. Maybe give her some outside time on grass in the sunshine for this when possible.
