nostrils are clear. sounded like a hiccup this morning but I couldn't catch her to check crop, and they did still have food in the run

You may have to go out early and check while she's still roosting.

Are her nostrils clogged up? If they are, then clean them out with a soft cloth or qtip. You can use one drop of saline or peroxide to help soften any material that you see clogging up the nostril.

While birds do have Sinuses, they are not like humans, so no, I wouldn't shoot saline up her nostrils.

Her nostrils look good. And i finally found a pic of a bird wirh a full impacted crop and that doesn't seem to be it either
