Are the other ones from Privett? Just trying to think of which hatcheries still sell rosecombs. I know Ideal doesn't. In my experience I've only had luck rehoming roosters in pairs/with pullets or giving them away. If you live in the city for San Jose (my mom lives there) I believe you are allowed to have roosters until they are 4 months of age. Some roosters are fertile starting at 13 weeks but I'm putting ads up for my roosters as we aren't allowed to have any in Gatineau, Canada.

I’m not sure where they were originally from. A lot of them are offspring from my friends backyard flocks. In regards to San Jose (at least for the area I’m at) it’s six females and no males older than 4 months; correct. Thankfully I was able to find homes for all of them. Cockerels and roosters can sometimes be a pain 😅.
