It's hard to exactly say what's going on with her. The egg laying slowing down is are related, at some point they run out of eggs. The production really slows down. My oldest are coming and they've taken the whole winter off since about October, one or both are just starting back up, I've gotten 4 of their eggs in about 2 weeks.
Her acting off could be age related, it seems like the cold starts to take more a toll on them as they get older. They can get cancers or fatty livers, things that you can't do much for. Just keep her warm, offer her good feed, the eggs is a great idea. She might just be a little chilled and struggling from the day in and day out cold.
