1st MIGHT be a pullet, 2nd is for sure a cockerel.

I took another look thru the pics. The one I believe your guessing is a cockerel is this one?

That much copper only in the hackles is female specific. If it were a male, copper would be spread out across the back.

My guess stands at both pullets, the other is just slower maturing.

Even at 7 weeks? I thought that it doesn’t usually tend to appear in females until later (12ish weeks?).
