Since you have a nonbearded silkie, its hard for me to tell because I raise bearded whites.
Im leaning towards hen or pullet right now because of body structure and how her waddles are still small and dark colored.
I have hqd a hen and rooster fight before, where the hen wins even... but the large comb could be rooster. The shape of the head and lack of pouf in some of the pictures is more male to me.
Check and see if spurs are starting to develop. If I had a picture of the spur area to complete the analysis, it would help. By now, if it were a roo, he would try to mount the hens.
