It gets very high reviews,
I was thinking most reviews happen right after receiving the product...
...and the first review(2 star) said this:
"I feel that reviews for first time setups can be misleading and often times premature in nature, so I’ll offer up my two cents on this coop, which we’ve had for about four years. When setting it up, it was fairly straightforward. It took about two hours if I recall, with assistance from another person."

Yes, they got a 'great deal'...still doesn't make it a great coop.
Certainly not worth $800 and why it was marked down to $300.
Typical tiny coop; exaggerated population claims, impossible to access for bird retrieval(have to remove the whole roof?!).

Yeah, I'm a debbydowner realistic pragmatist.

So here's an upside, it might make a great brooder or isolation coop.

Yeah I read that. I only read a few, but some of the 4 and 5-star reviews had them for a while. That thing would be big enough for 4-5 normal-size hens.

I looked at the site - it is 43" x 17" x 23" and does have good reviews.

Congratulations on getting such a good price on it!
I love to find oopsies on things that I want to buy. We got a $875 chipper shredder for $350 once - due to being mis-priced. Cha-ching!

Okay so it isn't even large enough for two large fowl chickens. And you'll practically break your back trying to get in :hmm

That wouldn't be a win for me.
