9 week old chics

My mother bought these chicks when they were a few days old, and she said they were advertised as blue/green egg layers. I've looked at a few breeds that do that and they don't look like these chicks. Any ideas?

Green queens or starlight green eggers, probably. I've seen several of those that look similar to your chicks.

Agreed, but keep in mind that this means they're another hatchery easter egger with a special name. They aren't a breed, but some sort of cross.
